KAI Shun Bread Knife, 23 cm
The core of the knife is made of VG MAX steel and sheathed in 32 layers of Damascus steel. This makes the blade of the knife extremely stable, hard and elastic at the same time due to both components and also has a double-sided grinding.
The handle of the knife is made of durable pakka wood and has a traditional Japanese chestnut shape. The material is particularly durable and moisture resistant due to resins added to the wood. Thanks to a slight edge on the right side, you have a safe and comfortable grip when cutting. The continuous tang ensures balance and stability.
